Bistro
Our Bistro serves modern Finnish cuisine, using local, seasonal ingredients. You can enjoy your meal on our large sunny terrasse, overlooking the alke and the neighbouring golf course.
LUNCH
We serve a buffet lunch form Monday to Friday and on Sundays.
Lunch is served from 11 to 2 pm on weekdays and from 12 to 3 pm on Sundays.
Special holidays (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc.) have a special menu.
Our lunch buffet includes seasonal salads and veggies, two warm courses (meat, fish or poultry and vegetarian option) with sides, freshly baked bread and a small sweet bite from our baker, coffee and tea.
VAIHMALA FOOD PHILOSOPHY
We support local farmers, small businesses and suppliers. As much as possible, the ingredients used to prepare your meal
arrive from nearby farms. The fish and meat we serve, is raised and processed in the Pirkanmaa region. Vegetables arrive from nearby farms and we serve what is seasonally available locally. Therefore, our catch of the day is composed of ingredients based on what our regional suppliers deem to be the best to serve at this time.

VAIHMALA PIZZA
Our pizza dough is made with wheat flour, spelt and raised for 48 hrs. The dough is produced by a local bakery with our recipe. Our cheese is a blend of mozzarella, edam and parmesan. Each pizza is baked in a stone oven, Napoli style.
WINE LIST
Our wine list consist largely of wines we import from small wineries in Europe. We select producers who share our ideas of sustainability, both from an ecological perspective, as well as a social view point.
